How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All items offered on Sakuga Apparel are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we customize and create that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
Production can take between 1-2 weeks depending on volume of orders. Once your item is finished, it can take between 2-7 business days for shipping depending on the shipping routes.

Can you make a custom piece for me?

Yes, please send us an email at info@sakugaapparel.com with a complete description of the custom artwork and details so we can work on a custom quote for you!

How do I keep track of my order?

After your order is packed and shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package when it arrives!
Please contact the shipping company if you have any issues with delivery or delays. Since they have your package in hand they will be able to give you better information on your delivery date!

My order has shipped but seems to be delayed?

You may experience delays with carriers such as USPS or UPS, beyond our control. Keep an eye on your tracking to follow your order’s progress. We want to make sure you receive your order! You can contact your package’s carrier for more information regarding an estimated delivery date.

I received an email with a tracking number, but when I click on the website it does not recognize the number?

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated and scanned into the system with the carrier.

How will you notify me if there is an issue with my order?

We will email you with the email address on your order if there are any issues or concerns we need to contact you with.
