Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

• All items offered on Sakuga Apparel are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we customize and create that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
  • Please be sure to double check and verify the correct size, correct color, and correct image when placing your order.
• Production can take between 1-2 weeks depending on volume of orders. Once your item is finished, it can take between 2-7 business days for shipping depending on the shipping routes.
• All shipments are sent by USPS or UPS. The order will be sent to the address you entered at the checkout. Please verify it is the correct and up to date shipping address. You will receive an email with the tracking number once it becomes available.
• We ship out orders as quickly as possible and in the order they have been received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package has shipped out.

International Shipping Policy:

• YES, we ship internationally! Please email us at: info@sakugaapparel.com for a complete list of international countries to verify your country is available
• Custom fees and import fees are NOT included

Return Policy:

• All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Sakuga Apparel.

• Exceptions to the No Refund Policy:
  • Defective or Damaged Items: in the case of items that arrived defective or damaged, please report this within 7 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Sakuga Apparel. Please send us photos of what you received so we can correct any possible issues
  • Wrong Item or Size Sent: if you receive an item different than the one you ordered, please notify our team within 7 days of delivery date for a possible refund or exchange. Please send us photos of what you received so we can correct any possible issues
  • The shipping costs will not be refunded as fees are sent to the shipping companies
